    • Hi guys,

Not sure you rememebr who this is so here's hint. JB always calls me Cindy but my name is Connie. Anyway we have a benefit happening on July 11th at the The Big Fan and we are in need of a band for that day. It's for our Friend Mark MCCallister who has cancer. We're trying to raise money to help with medical costs because he has no insurance and he's exhausted all of his resources for $$ for treatment. Any chance you guys are free that day and could help us out? Call me @ 936-499-6291

    • You have come a long way since Texas Color Printers, the album sounds great.

    • Hey there, my brother Jared Upson just told me about you guys. I love the sound! Have you guys ever considered putting your stuff on Myspace? I've met a lot of musicians that way I'd probably never hear anywhere else. Was just wondering.

I hope I can make it down that way someday to see my family and maybe meet you guys too.

      Take care! Charity

The JB Bullion Band– Diamond In The Rough – One Shoe Productions – Well-known in the area for their shows of down-home blues and rock, these guys have produced a gem of an album. With JBB on guitar and vocals, Eddie Garcia on bass, Pat Glass on drums, Craig Gearhardt on guitar, Flash on keys, Kasino Kavanaugh on guitar, Lance Gremmillion adds some slide guitar and his wife Shannon provides back up vocals on several songs, along with Bobby Lonero. This is truly a who’s who of local musicians combining to bring their original music to the masses. The haunting “There’s A Girl” produces some interesting possibilities and Shannon brings some great harmony to “Sometimes” while Lance’s slide guitar highlights “Tonight”. The title cut with haunting guitar and Shannon’s back up vocals is one of the best tunes, and the party song “Oh, Tequila” where we’re “drunk at the bar” is a great drinking song (as witnessed by the undoubtedly inebriated back up singers and antics). A very thoughtful tune, “Tara” tells an interesting story, and “I’m Still In Love With You” could apply to a lot of folks I know, while JBB finishes with a nice ballad, “Baby Don’t Go”. For you Texas music lovers, there’s a lot to like in this CD with a nice mix of blues-tinged cuts and some really nice ballads, as well as few raunchy bar tunes. Be sure to get a copy!

    • I will try to catch one of your shows soon. I've been very busy with my band let's talk and see when we could do a package show.

      Ernie
